Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with job postings and candidate sourcing
2. Conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
3. Maintaining candidate database and applicant tracking system
4. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes
5. Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks
6. Utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
7. Collaborating with team members to improve recruitment strategies

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per joinings per week).
