Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs
2. Anticipating future hiring needs based on business goals and projections
3. Utilizing various channels to attract potential candidates (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
4. Reviewing resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements
5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
6. Providing necessary information to candidates regarding the interview process
7. Working closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
8. Providing guidance on best practices for hiring and talent acquisition
9. Facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
10. Evaluating and improving recruitment processes
11. Extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates
12. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future positions
