Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and on-brand voice across all channels.
2. Collaborate with the content team to design engaging posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
3. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform content strategies.
4. Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies for improvement.
5. Work with the paid advertising team to coordinate and manage paid social media campaigns.
6. Identify growth opportunities through influencer collaborations, partnerships, and new platform launches.
