Social Media Marketing Internship

Client Management: Handle 5-6 client accounts, ensuring their social media strategies align with their business goals. Provide exceptional client servicing, maintain regular communication, and be prompt in responding to client inquiries and feedback.
Strategy Development: Create and implement monthly social media strategies and growth plans to increase engagement, reach, impressions, and followers.
Content Creation: Develop a monthly content calendar and content buckets filled with creative, trending, and unique ideas. Coordinate with designers to prepare designs and get client approvals. Utilize design tools like Canva and InShot, etc to create and edit visual content.
Content Publishing: Schedule and post approved content daily, ensuring all monthly deliverables are met.
Account Maintenance: Monitor the hygiene of social media accounts, manage any arising crises, and continually optimize for performance.
Media Production: Plan and execute photo and video shoots, either in-house or at the client s location.
Performance Analysis: Conduct regular and monthly performance reviews with clients, strategize improvements, and provide detailed performance reports.
Client Coordination: Engage in regular strategy meetings with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Actively listen to client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
