About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Key owner to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content
4. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, design, brand, and strategy team to ensure that we have brand consistency in our content
5. Work closely with influencers, and agencies to collaborate on our brand campaigns, and create engaging content
6. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Connect with customers to generate engagement UGC
7. Oversee social media accounts timeline layout, in alignment with the overall brand tone
8. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Other requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook and Instagram, including analytics tools
3. Strong communication and writing skills
4. Creative thinking and a passion for childrens fashion
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
