About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct on-field sales activities
2. Identify potential customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
4. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets
5. Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding market trends and customer preferences
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory

2. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

6. Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and achieving targets

7. Final year or graduate students available full-time from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday may apply

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per target ).
