About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruitment process - sourcing for candidates for specific job positions
2. Work on employee on-boarding/off-boarding, joining formalities, etc
3. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates etc
4. Handle employee health and medical insurance, handling insurance-related issues
5. Maintain HR records, Work on HR policies
6. Handle PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus, etc., preparation of salary statement
7. Handle HR compliance
8. Prepare salary slips, leave encasement, and full and final settlements
9. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee
10.Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
