In the HR intern role, you will work under the supervision of the senior HR officer. You will assist in the overall recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview setup. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance under minimal supervision, helping the HR department meet daily objectives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing & screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill different client job vacancies.
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Requirement:
1. Master's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
3. The ability to work as part of a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent English Communication skills
6. Effective communication skills.
