About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in leading software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
2. Help in devising product development strategies to enhance company effectiveness
3. Understand the intersection of current and future business goals with ongoing IT initiatives to support business success
4. Collaborate with clients to understand and document product requirements for both internal and external stakeholders
5. Participate in the recruitment and training processes for new engineering and project/product management staff
6. Assist in predicting resources and efforts required to achieve product objectives
7. Support in preparing budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements
8. Help develop and manage detailed product development schedules and work plans
9. Provide regular updates to stakeholders involved about product development strategies, adjustments, and progress
10. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the product development lifecycle
11. Support in measuring product performance to identify areas for improvement

Other requirements

1. A bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.

2. The candidate should have the mindset of a product manager.

3. Familiarity with product management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.

4. Strong analytical, interpersonal, computer, and conceptual skills; acute problem-solving skills; and being extremely resourceful.

5. Ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

6. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

7. Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.
