Job Title: Product Associate Intern
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the connected EV space. Analyze competitor offerings to spot key differentiators and areas for improvement.
2. Benchmarking: Compare our products against industry standards and competitors, identifying best practices and enhancement opportunities to maintain innovation.
3. Product Strategy & Feature Documentation: Collaborate with product managers and teams to document product strategy, roadmap, and detailed feature specifications. Maintain up-to-date documentation for easy team access.
4. Data Analytics: Use data analytics tools to gather insights from user data and market metrics, guiding informed product decisions for continuous improvement.
5. Program Implementation: Support engineering and design teams in feature development, ensuring alignment with product strategy and requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably from a reputable institute.
2. MBA degree with an inclination toward product management, user experience, design, market benchmarking, and overall program management. (optional)
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
