About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and niche product categories within the gifting industry
2. Source and evaluate potential gift products from various suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers
3. Analyze market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and gaps in our product portfolio
4. Assist in product selection and planning by providing recommendations based on market insights and industry trends
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align product strategies with business objectives
6. Support the product development process by gathering product specifications, conducting product testing, and providing feedback on product samples
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of product research findings, supplier contacts, and market insights
8. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategies
