2. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media calendars, content themes, and campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
3. Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and target audience.
4. Engaging with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Helping manage and maintain our social media profiles, including updating profile information, posting content, and scheduling posts using social media management tools.
6. Assisting in analyzing social media performance metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and campaigns.
7. Researching and identifying influencers, partners, and opportunities for collaboration to expand our social media reach and visibility.
