Customer Service/Customer Support Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end customer experience: Handle inbound calls and chats, actively listening to customer inquiries and providing clear, informative responses.
2. Product knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
3. Problem resolution: Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely resolution of complex issues.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
6. Issue escalation: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further assistance.
7. Customer experience improvement: Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.


Note: Candidates who can come to the office for the training duration (15 days) are preferred.
