1. Current enrollment in a mechanical engineering or related undergraduate or graduate program.

3. Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools like ANSYS and MATLAB.
4. A strong foundational understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.
5. Demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new challenges.
7. A proactive learning attitude with a strong work ethic and dedication.
8. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and leadership.
