Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Choose topics as internship projects and get guidance through in-house and job training programs such as Pantaloons customer loyalty program, selling skills and techniques (AIDA techniques), style quotient, customer service standards in the retail industry, the importance of product and fabric knowledge, retaining quality despite financial strains, commercial audits, and mystery shoppers audit.
2. Learn how to improve profitability through operational efficiency, customer touchpoints, BODFS (buy online get delivery from store), the importance of merchandise presentation and product presentation in organized new era retail, the importance of operational parameters in organized retail, customer categorization (on the basis of their psychological behavior and on the basis of their purchasing behavior), etc. through our in house retail professionals.
