Marketing Internship

Responsibilites:

Market Research & Audience Insights:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and target audience needs in the B2B FinServ space. This includes manually monitoring online conversations and industry publications.
- Analyze market research data and competitor insights to identify content themes and opportunities for future marketing initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive report on research findings, including key takeaways and recommendations for social media and content strategies.

Social Media & Content Exploration:
- Research best practices for B2B FinServ social media marketing and content creation strategies.
- Analyze successful B2B FinServ social media accounts and content formats to understand audience engagement trends.
- Compile initial recommendations for social media platforms and content formats most relevant to the target audience.

Social Media Strategy & Growth:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Head to develop plans for building and strengthening the company's brand voice and image across social media handles.
- Assist in developing strategies for leadership branding on social media platforms, working closely with the Marketing Head and Content Specialist.
- Partner with the Marketing Head and Designer to create and grow new social media accounts.

Content & Audience Engagement:
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table for social media content and other initiatives (e.g., newsletter, podcast).
- Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms.

Newsletter & Podcast Groundwork:
- Assist in researching and defining the target audience for the company newsletter and podcast.
