Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
2. Collaborate with the client success team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention
3. Support the implementation of client success initiatives, including onboarding new clients and organizing client meetings/events
4. Assist in vendor empanelment processes, including gathering necessary documentation, conducting vendor assessments, and maintaining vendor records
5. Assist in resolving client issues and escalations effectively and in a timely manner
6. Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as sales, marketing, design and development to ensure a seamless client experience
7. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for improving client success processes
