About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support offline marketing efforts by creating in-house collaterals, designing graphics, planning and executing events at HumbleBean Cafe Indiranagar, managing social media accounts, and coordinating on-site activations.
2. Assist the digital marketing agency by developing posts and stories, and interacting with followers to boost engagement.
3. Contribute to content creation for various marketing channels, including the HumbleBean website and blog.
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand consumer trends.
5. Enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the marketing function by supporting various tasks and demonstrating a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Other requirements

1. Demonstrate a passion for coffee, food, and beverages, with a strong understanding of the coffee industry (preferred).

2. Hold a college degree.

3. Show interest in graphic design, with a solid understanding of social media and marketing principles.

4. Communicate fluently in English.

5. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Display the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

8. Proficiently use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

About HumbleBean Coffee

HumbleBean began as a project to help small to medium coffee farmers improve the quality of their harvests and produce. Indian coffees are not particularly well known or celebrated across the world and it was with this in mind that HumbleBean began its work - in order to bring Indian coffees to the international stage. Working with small and medium farmers, HumbleBean started its journey by offering feedback via micro-lot programs to help these farmers improve the quality of their coffee and fetch a better, fairer price for their produce.
