1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or IT
2. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Ability to effectively conduct research and gather pertinent information
4. Demonstrated goal-oriented mindset with a strong interest in sales
5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
