About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting: Identify potential dental offices within a designated territory for outreach and establish a prospecting plan to maximize market penetration
2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including online research, industry events, referrals, and cold calling, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective dental offices
3. Consultative Selling: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with dental office decision-makers to showcase the benefits of our specialized dental services in addressing their unique patient needs
4. Needs Assessment: Gather in-depth information about each dental office's requirements, pain points, and objectives to tailor our services accordingly
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with dental office staff, including dentists, office
managers, and dental hygienists, to enhance our brand's presence and drive recurring business
6. Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our dental services, highlighting how they can improve patient outcomes and streamline dental practice operations
7. Negotiation and Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
8. Follow-up and Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of all interactions and engagements with dental offices, including follow-up actions, in our CRM system
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials that resonate with dental office clients

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive ($ 5 per sale).
