Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the sales team in prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels
2. Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with leads, provide product information, and close sales deals
3. Support the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve targets
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for sales campaigns and promotions
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
7. Improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to effectively communicate and promote our offerings

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English (spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Enthusiasm and passion for astrology and spirituality
3. Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
5. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
6. Comfortable with making outbound sales calls and engaging with customers
7. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
