Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting sourcing activities to open positions
2. Involving in recruitment & selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc)
3. Making SOPs and policies
4. Conducting onboarding and exit process
5. Handling Payroll using HRIS software
6. Handling other HR-related jobs assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Any Graduate from MBA or PGDHRM (preferred)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
4. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
5. General computer proficiency
