About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and assisting with training programs
3. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
4. Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Provide support with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and mediation
6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
7. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of HR practices and gain exposure to different areas of the business
