Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing support to managers.
6. Support training and development initiatives, coordinating sessions and tracking employee participation.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and organizing HR events.
