Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and posting job descriptions
2. Advertising & managing job openings on job portals and social media
3. Posting jobs on our job portal
4. Communicating with various agencies to source potential candidates
5. Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals & agencies
6. Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
7. Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video call)
8. Overseeing the complete hiring process, including reviewing applicants, setting up & conducting an interview

Notes:
1. The HR interns are eligible for a fixed stipend as per the milestones and achievements, as well as for incentives and other perks from the very first day of joining.
2. For the Jabalpur location, it is work from the office but for other locations, it is work from home.
3. Work hours and days: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 400000 /year
