Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and
2. scheduling interviews
3. Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions
4. and paperwork processing
5. Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues
6. Assist with the coordination of employee events and engagement programs
7. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
8. Prepare HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and letters
9. Contribute to the planning and coordination of training programs
10. Assist in tracking employee training and development activities
11. Assist in the collection and analysis of HR metrics and data
12. Contribute to the preparation of HR reports
13. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
14. Respond to employee inquiries and redirect as necessary

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology)
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
