Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing profiles from different portals and assist with recruitment and selection processes, including preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Aid in managing employee records, including maintaining databases of candidates
3. Collaborate with the HR team to improve internal communication channels and ensure effective dissemination of information
4. Candidate should be fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi
