About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing top-tier technology talent from product/internet companies: full-stack developers, backend developers
2. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
3. Pitching the brand's EVP to potential candidates
4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
5. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
