Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Strong understanding of BPO recruitment, sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, end to end recruitment, non it recruitment, and recruitment
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
