We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 'HR Executive Intern' to join our human resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR within a thriving agricultural organization. The HR executive intern will support the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide recruitment support along with onboarding and training.
2. Work on employee relations.
3. Work on administrative tasks:
i. Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
ii. Help manage HR files and records.
iii. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
4. Work on compliance and policy:
i. Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
ii. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

1. Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
2. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
3. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. A genuine interest in HR and a passion for contributing to a positive workplace culture.
4. Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an office or HR environment is a plus but not required.
