Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing wedding collaterals, such as wedding invitations, save-the-dates, menus, table cards, programs, thank-you cards, and videos. You would need to ensure that the designs align with the wedding theme and the couple's preferences and get it approved.
2. Designers should make sure the printing department would need to prepare the design files created by the graphic designers for printing. This may include checking the file format, resolution, color space, and printing vendor to ensure that the design prints correctly.
3. Selecting the appropriate printing materials based on the design requirements and budget. They would also need to select the printing vendor based on urgency, quality, and budget of the design.
4. Creating the wedding collaterals, such as invitations, save-the-dates, menus, table cards, programs, and thank-you cards. Also, need to ensure that the printed materials match the design specifications and quality standards.
5. Managing print production schedules to ensure that the printed materials are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations. They would need to coordinate with the graphic designing department and logistics to ensure that the design files are delivered promptly.
6. Conducting quality control checks to ensure that the printed materials are of high quality, such as checking for color accuracy, resolution, and print quality.
