About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Pamphlet distribution:
1. Collecting a batch of pamphlets from the designated location.
2. Planning distribution routes in strategic locations across Gurgaon, considering high foot traffic areas, residential complexes, office parks, and local markets.
3. Distributing pamphlets systematically, ensuring wide coverage and maximum visibility (throughout the day).
4. Maintaining a record of distributed pamphlets, noting locations and quantities for tracking purposes.
5. Note: At the end of the day, any remaining pamphlets will be returned to the designated location.
(b) Engagement and outreach:
While distributing pamphlets, the intern will actively engage with individuals and 1. groups, initiating conversations about our milk delivery service.
2. Approaching people, introducing the service, and highlighting the benefits of fresh milk delivery to their doorstep.
3. Explaining the concept of our free 3-day trial offer, emphasizing the opportunity for potential customers to experience the quality and convenience firsthand.
4. Addressing any queries or concerns raised by individuals regarding the service, providing accurate information, and assuring customer satisfaction.
5. Maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor, effectively communicating the value proposition of our milk delivery service to prospective customers.
(c) Feedback collection:
1. Throughout the day, the intern will gather feedback from individuals regarding their interest level in the milk delivery service.
2. Noting down any suggestions, preferences, or specific requirements expressed by potential customers.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per week if we found you are extremely passionate and hardworking.).
