Digital Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with EBMs to execute our client s employer branding strategies
2. Assist in managing our client s presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
3. Contribute to developing an online employer branding program to highlight job openings and career prospects
4. Drive online presence on diverse employment sites and create inventive strategies to attract candidates
5. Craft compelling copy for social media, engaging our target audience
6. Write good content and creative copies for both internal and external communication
7. Participate in producing recruiting materials (brochures, flyers, signage, slides, ads)
8. Support planning and executing recruitment campaigns, candidate surveys, and employer brand surveys
9. Collaborate across media channels (radio, print, websites, direct mail, social media) to amplify our brand
10. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for impactful presentations
11. Beginner-level skills in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for editing small content (not required every time)
12. Ensure introductory knowledge in video editing for multimedia content creation

Note: This is a 3-day work-from-office internship.
