We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team in person in Bangalore as a Community Manager Intern for our tech leaders and mentorship network. As a Community Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community of mentors and mentees.
a. Community Engagement:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for mentors and mentees within the network, fostering a positive and supportive community atmosphere
2. Encourage active participation by initiating and facilitating conversations, discussions, and knowledge sharing among community members
b. Content Creation and Curation:
1. Create engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, to share valuable resources, mentorship success stories, and relevant industry insights
2. Curate existing content from mentors, mentees, and external sources to provide a diverse range of knowledge and perspectives to the community
c. Event Planning and Execution:
1. Collaborate with the mentorship network team to organize virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions
d. Community Metrics and Reporting:
1. Monitor and track key community metrics, including engagement levels, member satisfaction
