We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Associate (BA) to join our team. The BA will be responsible for selling stall space to sellers across India for our live exhibitions. Using tele-calling and WhatsApp, the BA will engage with potential participants, build rapport, and secure bookings by collecting token amounts as confirmation. This role is essential in ensuring the success of our events by maintaining strong relationships with sellers and encouraging repeat participation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sales and outreach: Identify and reach out to potential sellers through tele-calling and WhatsApp. Present and promote stall space opportunities to sellers, highlighting the benefits of participating in our exhibitions. Follow up with interested sellers regularly to answer queries and encourage participation.
2. Booking and confirmation: Secure bookings by collecting token amounts from participants as confirmation of their stall space. Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments received.
3. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Develop a clientele of regular participants for upcoming events. Communicate upcoming event calendars and encourage repeat participation.
4. Customer service: Address any concerns or issues raised by participants promptly and effectively. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the participant experience.
5. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, follow-ups, and booking statuses. Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
