About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supplier outreach: Helping identify and reach out to potential suppliers to onboard them onto the EduverseMart platform, including drafting emails and making calls.
2. Customer support: Assisting customers and suppliers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support through email, chat, or phone.
3. Data entry and analysis: Assisting in managing and organizing data related to products, suppliers, and customers, and analyzing data to identify patterns and insights.
4. Other tasks: Helping with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, etc.
