About the internship
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern with marketing expertise to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with a focus on IT, along with experience or knowledge in IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of both sales and marketing principles.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Sales support:
1. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads and sales opportunities within the IT infrastructure sector.
2. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to client needs.
3. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
(b) Marketing initiatives:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
2. Contribute to the creation of content for marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and social media.
3. Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
(c) IT infrastructure expertise:
1. Leverage your IT background to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions related to IT infrastructure.
2. Assist in technical discussions with clients to ensure they understand the value and capabilities of our IT offerings.
(d) Data analysis and reporting:
1. Help track sales and marketing metrics, providing insights through reports and dashboards.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the sales process.
(e) Learning and development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and sales methodologies.
