This activity and engagement internship is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment. We are looking for 'Super Passionate, Super Enthusiastic, Creative, and Self-Driven' individuals (part-time/full-time/interns) who can actively approach and engage customers, confidently tell our product story, and speak persuasively to bring customers into the store. This role requires stepping outside the store to attract potential customers and ensuring they understand the value and uniqueness of our products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attract new customers and increase sales by engaging with people outside the store.
2. Step outside the store to approach the customer, engage the customers, and tell them our product story.
3. Promote various products by explaining their benefits and uniqueness.
4. Be able to confidently converse with guests and potential customers.
5. Interact with 80-100 people per day with the goal of convincing at least 50 to visit the store.
6. Maintain a record of customer names and contact numbers. Offer sample products in exchange for their details as a marketing strategy.
7. Recognize potential customers based on appearance or behavior.
8. Approach foreign tourists or females who are more likely to be interested in skincare, wellness, and personal care products.
9. Have punchlines ready and know how to start conversations with potential customers.
Sample punchlines:
1. ''Hi! We just got some new arrivals today. Would you like to take a look?''
2. "Hi! Want to try a free skincare sample?"
3. "Hi! Can I show you something that might improve your well-being?"
