Zoho One Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work as a single point of contact for Zoho One Suite implementation and maintenance
2. Understand business requirements and perform business analysis by working with leadership teams across the company
3. Identify the risks proactively and take corrective actions
4. Understand the business process and requirements of the team and implement and customize various modules (CRM, HR, project, helpdesk, etc.)
5. Write queries and complex dashboards across Zoho products for business consumption
6. Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues
7. Track issues and provide periodic updates
8. Utilize modules features to automate various business processes (ZOHO analytics and reports, social, etc.)
9. Monitor, control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization
10. Develop custom Zoho module features and functionalities in support of company needs
