Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing engaging and creative scripts on assigned topics that capture the audience's attention
2. Contributing to brainstorming sessions with creative ideas for storylines, dialogues, and hooks to make content viral
3. Researching current industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to enhance script quality and originality
4. Adapting writing styles to fit various tones, including professional, casual, and entertaining
5. Revising scripts based on feedback, ensuring all content aligns with the project's goals and audience expectations

1. Native fluency in Hindi, with strong writing and speaking abilities
2. Proven experience as a scriptwriter or content writer, with an understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and trends
3. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to research and integrate diverse information into captivating scripts
5. Active content creation on social media platforms is a strong plus
6. Must have a technical temperament and be comfortable in using ChatGPT or other AI tools in content creation
7. Ability to handle tight deadlines and adapt to changing project needs
8. Strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategies that drive views and shares

Additional information
1. Apply only if you are passionate about building a career in content creation and marketing.
2. Casual students or people looking for part-time income are not welcome. We need only serious people who strive to take ownership of work.
3. You shall have a probation period of 15 days during which the company shall analyze your performance. If you like the work profile and perform well, then the company shall offer a part-time job/internship.
4. Also, since the work profiles are diverse in any start-up, you shall be assigned other related works other than script/content creation. So prepare your mind to learn exciting related stuff too.
