Join our team as a Youth Facilitator Intern and play a crucial role in empowering and supporting young people in our community. This internship opportunity focuses on leveraging your leadership skills, empathy, and passion for youth development to facilitate meaningful experiences and opportunities for growth. As a youth facilitator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to work for 350+ stray animals who have no one to look after them.
I. Community Outreach:
1. Reach out to schools, youth organizations, and community groups to promote our programs and recruit participants
2. Develop partnerships and collaborations with other organizations to expand our reach and impact within the youth community
II. Revenue Support:
1. Assist in organizing and implementing fundraising activities and campaigns aimed at engaging the youth community
2. Collaborate with the fundraising team to brainstorm ideas, plan events, and attract donors
III. Awareness Campaigns:
1. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeted towards the youth demographic
2. Create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and blog articles, to raise awareness and drive engagement
IV. Youth Engagement: Facilitate workshops, discussions, and activities aimed at empowering and educating young people on various topics, including leadership, personal development, and social issues
V. Program Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing youth-focused programs, events, and initiatives to promote personal growth, skill development, and community involvement
