Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 16th Sep'24 and 21st Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Gain experience in web development platforms: Preferably someone familiar with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS, with basic knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
2. Understand UX/UI design: Seek a candidate with an eye for design, understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create an intuitive and appealing site.
3. Apply knowledge of SEO and digital marketing: Look for a candidate who understands the basics of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and conversions.
4. Exhibit strong communication skills: Find someone who can effectively communicate their progress and ideas with the team, ensuring alignment with the vision of ShadiWadiWale.
5. Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude: Seek an individual who proactively troubleshoots issues and can find creative solutions to challenges during the website development process.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per lead generation).
