Responsibilities:

1. Creating engaging short and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, etc.
2. Editing video clips to enhance quality and storytelling
3. Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts
4. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and objectives
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for video editing
6. Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines
7. Maintain organized file management systems for video assets

Requirements:

1. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or related tools
2. Strong understanding of video production techniques and principles
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
6. Flexible to work remotely or on-site as needed

Other requirements

1. A portfolio or examples of past video editing work is highly recommended.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

3. A strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.

4. A basic understanding of sound design principles, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects is a plus.

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

6. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.

7. Candidates from media background are preferred

8. Candidates who love to create content and are up-to-date with pop culture will be preferred.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per video).
