Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Product Introduction
Introduce and promote company products to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.

2. Product Explanation and Demonstration
Explain the technical details, advantages, and applications of the products in both Hindi and English to ensure customers understand the offerings.


3. Marketing and Lead Generation

Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Quotation and Invoice Sharing
Create and share product quotations, pricing details, and invoice information with customers as per their requirements.

5. Order Follow-Up and Customer Support
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into orders.

6. Handling Customer Complaints and Queries
Address customer complaints and queries with professionalism and empathy.

7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
8. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, quotations, orders, and complaints.
