We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic telecalling intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication (both English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills, skilled in telecalling and/or customer retention. In this role, you will be responsible for majorly reviewing existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. CalI existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
2. Address any issues or concerns customers may have and provide appropriate solutions
3. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide exceptional customer service
