About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, and videos
2. Ensure that the content is in line with the brand's voice and resonates with the audience
3. Promote brand products, services, or events authentically while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulations
4. Conduct live sessions, Q&A, and other interactive activities to increase engagement with followers
5. Analyze social media trends, user preferences, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the influencer space
6. Act as the face of the brand in campaigns and public engagements
7. Participate in brand events, promotions, and product launches when necessary
8. Work closely with the brand's marketing or PR teams to ensure the content aligns with overall brand strategies and goals

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue genrated).
