About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing 20 + UGC creators monthly who align with brand aesthetics and maintaining database for same
2. Negotiating with potential creators and tracking deliverables
3. Create and update creator briefs and guidelines
4. Monthly reporting on collaboration performance metrics
5. Repurpose existing newsletter content into bite-sized, engaging social media posts and short-form videos
6. Convert long-form content into concise, shareable video and text formats
7. Develop compelling copywriting hooks and engagement-driven captions
8. Monitor and engage with audience comments and interactions
9. Identify and leverage trending topics and emerging conversations
10. Source 30+ pieces of inspiration content weekly and create weekly content calendar
11. Optimising content according to different platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram) and managing social media
12. Edit 15-20 videos weekly using Canva/similar tools
13. Create 10+ meme variations weekly
14. Adapt trending templates within 24 hours of virality

13. Basic analytics interpretation skills
