About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Gain hands-on experience in promoting an event through social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and offline methods (banners, flyers, posters)
2. Develop the ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and encourage people to register for the webinar
3. Learn how to leverage social media platforms for outreach and engagement
4. Understand different ways to reach potential participants and generate interest
5. Enhance the ability to manage and plan promotional activities within a given timeframe (2 weeks)
6. Get insights into performance-based incentives by earning additional rewards for extra registrations
7. Build connections while interacting with diverse audiences
8. Promote our webinar over a 2-week period and secure at least 30 registrations

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per next 10 registrations after the base 30).
