Sales Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring and managing a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
3. Providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
4. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
6. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
7. Preparing regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

Compensation:

1. During the initial 1 to 3 months (during the training period compensation will be performance-based) with a payout structure tied to achieving predefined sales targets.
2. Upon successful completion of the training period, a competitive salary package will be offered
3. Internship duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
