As a Programme Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in raising funds, promoting our projects, and engaging with supporters through various channels, including social media.
1. Fundraising Support: Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events. Engage with donors and sponsors to secure financial support for our programs. Develop creative strategies to increase donation contributions.
2. Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our programs and initiatives through various marketing channels, including social media platforms. Create compelling content to attract supporters and raise awareness about our cause.
3. Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with donors and supporters through personalized communication and engagement activities. Provide updates on project progress and impact to maintain donor satisfaction and retention.
4. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our organization's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create and schedule posts to engage followers and drive traffic to donation channels.
5. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating virtual events, webinars, and online fundraisers.
6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, documentation, and correspondence. Help maintain donor databases and records accurately.
